要想让皮带输送机长久良好的使用，那么就要加强对输送机的维护与保养。尤其是当设备发生故障时应停车进行彻底修补，破损严重则必须更换。而下面小编就来讲讲该设备的维护腰带呢吧。
①输送带在运输和贮存中应保持清洁，避免阳光直射或雨雪浸淋，防止与酸、碱、油类及有机溶剂接触，并距离发热装置1米以外。
②皮带运行时，检查电动滚筒或减速机油温应不高于80℃，温升不大于40℃。
③检查更换脱落和磨损损坏的托辊，修理转动不灵活的托辊，更换腐蚀损坏的托辊支架。检查传动链轮与链条的吻合度，及时调整，并给链条添加润滑油。
④定期检查皮带清扫刮板，更换磨损刮板，调整刮板平衡锤位臵，使刮板对皮带压力不宜过大。
⑤定期检查桁架是否有弯曲，料斗磨损小于原厚度1/3应更换；检查电机接线是否松动，接线鼻是否发热变色；每月定期检查电缆线是否焦化、变色。
⑥每月用气枪吹去控制箱内灰尘，防止故障。
